  • Ova pizza je porijeklom iz Maroka i Alžira. Takodjer se priprema sa tunjevinom na isti način
  • Sastojci za nadjev ;
  • 300ml povlake,100g rendanog sira,2 kašike maslinovog, 3 rendana kisela krastavca (veličine kao na slici),100g mozarele sira i malo soli 
  • Sastojci za jufku ;
  • pola kile brašna,dva žumanca,malo germe/kvasca za kruh,topla voda ili mlijeko, 2 kašike maslinovog ulja i malo soli. Ostaviti tijesto 30-tak minuta odstoji

Ingredients for the filling; 
300ml dashes, 100g minced cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, grated 3 gherkins (size as shown),100g mozzarella, and a pinch of salt
Preparation of phyllo pastry; 
a pound of flour, two egg yolks, a little yeast, warm water or milk, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt. Leave the dough about 30 minutes to rest.
